The Executive Director

Rev. Fr. Rolando A. Tuazon, C.M., Ph.D., S.T.D.
Rolando A. Tuazon, CM is a Filipino Vincentian priest. He has recently assumed responsibility as the Executive Director of the Philippine Action for Community-Led Shelter Initiatives Inc. (PACSII), after being part of its Board since 2018. He is presently assigned as the Head of the Philosophy Department of Adamson University which is fully based now at St. Vincent School of Theology where he serves also as Assistant Dean, and Editor-in-Chief of its Theological Journal HAPAG. He handles courses in Moral Theology (Fundamental Moral Theology, Christian Sexual Morality, and Catholic Social Tradition, among others). He has had the opportunity to teach as a guest professor in other schools of theology (Seminario Mayor de San Carlos in Cebu, Our Lady of the Good Counsel Seminary in Pampanga, St. Louis University in Baguio, ICLA, IFRS and MST in Manila). He now serves also as the National Spiritual Adviser of the Ladies of Charity-AIC Philippines. He is very involved in ecumenical affairs and is one of the founding members of the Quezon City Ecumenical Fellowship in 2013. Until 2018, he worked as the Project Director of Santuario de San Vicente de Paul since 2010 and as its Parish Priest since it became a parish in 2012. He teamed up with the Social Pastoral Institute, giving training on Stewardship Spirituality from 2008-2010. He was involved for many years in the work of seminary formation since he became a priest in 1993 until 1998. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at Adamson University (1984), licentiate (2002) and doctorate (2006) in Moral Theology at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
