Engaged in developing capacities of HPFPI other homeless, ISF communities to access financial services for their homes and livelihoods.

The Philippine Action for Community-led Shelter Initiatives, Inc., organized and registered as a non-profit, non-stock, and non -governmental organization in Securities and Exchange Commission with S.E.C. Reg. No. CN200250801 in July 4, 2002, and Bureau of Internal Revenue B.I.R. Reg. No. (Non-Vat) TIN-221-852-134. To serve as the intermediary support institution of the Homeless People’s Federation Philippines, Inc. (HPFP, Inc.). It is at present the legal holder of HPFPI projects and provides professional support in the areas of research, documentation and reporting, fund sourcing, and legal affairs to the federation.
